My teaching style is student-centred and goal-oriented. I focus on understanding each student's learning style and tailor lessons accordingly. I use a mix of interactive discussion, real-life examples, visual aids, and practice exercises to reinforce concepts. I emphasise understanding over memorisation, and I regularly assess progress to adjust the pace and focus of lessons. For subjects like languages or writing, I also incorporate practical tasks like conversation practice, essay review, or creative writing prompts. Most lessons are 60 minutes long, which allows enough time to introduce, explore, and reinforce a topic without overwhelming the student. For younger learners or beginners, I offer 30–45 minute sessions. Extended 90-minute lessons are available for intensive study or exam preparation. I have little tutoring experience, however, I have previously taught in a Nursery setting, which has equipped me with the necessary skills. I offer lessons for secondary students looking to prepare for their GCSEs in Maths and French (ie 12+) and A-level students looking to excel in their French A-level (ie 16-18).
