About Rachel
After struggling with language learning myself, I know what a difference a good tutor can make to encourage and support you throughout the process, as someone did for me. I really do understand how difficult it can be, so a priority for me is to make you feel reassured and have the confidence to believe in yourself! I have taught students with all types of needs and abilities, and feel my approachable communication style helps people feel relaxed, which is a huge factor when speaking another language. I am able to make lessons engaging and even fun, whilst maintaining a professional relationship to ensure the best possible outcome.

My lessons are for people of all ages and levels, from beginner grammar to advanced pronunciation I am here to help! I normally make lessons between 1-2 hours, but am more than happy to be flexible on this. I have worked in 1-1 settings both online and in person, and have several months teaching teenagers in a classroom setting. My teaching approach really depends on your individual learning style as after teaching a wide range of students I have learnt how unique this experience truly is, and have developed a range of revision tactics and utilising alternative resources to help the learning process. I genuinely love teaching and getting to know people on an individual basis to help achieve their full potential!
