About Moyosola
I am a qualified ESOL lecturer with almost four years of teaching experience supporting adult learners from diverse backgrounds. I hold a PGCE with an ESOL specialism and a CELTA qualification, and I have taught learners from beginner level through to more advanced ESOL levels in further education settings. My lessons are well planned, supportive and tailored to individual learning needs, helping students build confidence and achieve their goals. I am committed to creating a positive, professional and encouraging learning environment where every learner can make progress and succeed

1. Techniques and teaching methodology: My teaching approach is student-centred, supportive and practical. I adapt my lessons to the individual needs, abilities and learning goals of each student. As an ESOL tutor, I use a combination of communicative and interactive teaching methods to help learners develop their confidence and practical English skills. I use a variety of techniques, including speaking practice, pair work, which we could practise together, and group activities, role plays, questioning, vocabulary and grammar activities, reading and writing exercises, visual resources and real-life situations. I also provide clear explanations, regular feedback and opportunities for learners to practise and apply what they have learned.
2. Typical length of a lesson: My typical lesson is 2 hours, however, I can teach hourly. I teach a lesson per day for two hours, allowing sufficient time for introducing new language, guided practice, speaking activities and reviewing learning.
3. My qualifications and experience as a tutor: I have almost four years of teaching experience, specialising in ESOL and working with adult learners. I hold a PGCE with an ESOL specialism and a CELTA (Level 5), as well as other teaching and education qualifications. I have experience teaching English to learners at different levels and supporting students to develop their speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. I am experienced in planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing learners' progress and providing constructive feedback.
4. Who the lessons are for: My lessons are specifically for adult learners aged 19 and over. I teach learners from different backgrounds and with different levels of English, including beginners and learners progressing through the ESOL levels. My lessons are suitable for adults who want to improve their English for everyday communication, work, education, confidence and life in the UK.
