I love to hear awell played violin and hate a badly played one and often take on pupils who have struggled and make a big change to there playing and get them to play complex music or folk based music really well

I teach from a positive use ofpupil skills and teacher guidance .using basic principles such as good hold of violin and bow ,intonation using finger marks and rhythm workouts couple with a stretch rountine to relieve muscles tension and give stamina to holding the instrument.
