About Katrina
I am a well-loved middle school teacher, who has only ever wanted to be a teacher. My attitude towards my students is "Everyone is successful, we just need to find your success path". With my own challenges in school, I overcame what I feared, in my educational journey, and have inspired and taught many amazing students over the years. With books on my shelves at home to encourage and keep up with the times and the studies, I maintain the same willingness and dedication towards everything in life. Success. It may not be immediate, but it will be found, and I would love to experience that success you find, with you.

Teaching is an art. You must find the best way to communicate in that art form. Each student who has crossed my path has had a different way of seeing the material in front of them. Initially I will meet with a student and get them to the page they need to be on (no pun intended). From here, we create goals together, on what we can do to help you as a student be successful.
Each lesson may be an adaptation of one you are struggling with in your own classroom, or it may be something new, so you are able to keep up with the upcoming material.
