About David

I have taught for 40 years with the last 30 years as Head of ICT in schools in the UK and abroad (Africa/Asia/ Middle-East/Caribbean)
I have taught children from the age of 3 years, right through primary and prep ages, to (mainly) secondary at GCSE and A Level, with some experience of pre-university to international students.
I began as an English teacher but swiftly found my vocation to be in ICT

About the lesson

I teach through problem-solving. Happy to show examples of things that work, then ask students to copy, or devise an adaptation.
Specialisms:
image manipulation (photoshop/AI) basic to advanced
Video editing (Camtasia / Premiere Pro) basic to intermediate
Office (Word/Excel/Access/Powerpoint) basic to advanced
Computer Science (Scratch/ Python / VBA) basic to intermediate.
Lessons are suitable for primary through to GCSE or A Level. Also to mature students who wish to enhance their skills.
