About Ben

I studied music and sound recording at University of Surrey, achieving a first class bachelor's degree and going on to work in many areas of music. I worked in a music technology department of a sixth form college, and I now produce music professionally. I also perform music for a living.

About the lesson

I can help with all areas of music production, from knowledge of instruments, sound synthesis, and recording techniques to post-production, mixing, and mastering. I have also worked in live sound, in theatres and music gigs. I can help understand the fundamentals of audio engineering, and also the practical applications.

Deadly! Ben is an excellent Tutor, he is very knowledgeable and has a keen and friendly approach to fault finding etc
He obviously has a vast amount experience in Live and Recorded Sound. He has helped me a lot already and I hope to gain more Tuition with Ben going forward.
