About Paul
I’m an accomplished business owner and professional with a strong background in recruitment, career development, and communication, and I now use that experience to help others progress with confidence.
Over the years, I’ve worked closely with people from all backgrounds — including international professionals, EAL learners, and jobseekers — helping them communicate clearly, present themselves professionally, and achieve real outcomes in work and life.
I’m EAL qualified and have extensive experience supporting people whose first language isn’t English, particularly in professional and workplace settings. I understand the challenges that come with learning English while trying to succeed in a career, and I focus on practical, real-world improvement rather than academic theory.
As a business owner, I know first-hand what employers look for. I’ve reviewed and written countless CVs, prepared candidates for interviews, and coached people on how to speak with confidence in professional environments. My approach is honest, supportive, and results-driven.
