About Eric
I initially discovered psychology as an athlete and gradually became fascinated with high performance. As completed my masters in Psychology, I began to learn that sport is essentially a metaphor for life. You have days when everything goes right and days when things can go horribly wrong. Sport, Work and Realtionships, all have the ability to teach us lessons that can be transferred to other realms of life.
