I have taught Social Studies and English at the private school level. I am in my second year as a private Spanish teacher. I hold a TEFL certificate and I apply that knowledge to my Spanish classes as well as adopt from university-level Spanish courses I have taken in the past.

I have spent the past six years immersing myself into Colombian culture while working as a middle school teacher and navigating the Spanish language. I am mostly self-taught and can understand the thought process of students whose first language is English. I work with my students to design lessons and a curriculum based on where they are today and where they want to be. If goals are met with autonomy then you'll have guaranteed success in my classes.
