About Molly

I have six years of experience in academic writing and two years of ethnographic research and writing. I love to teach and share my techniques, as I believe that writing is a learned practice and a good grade is achievable for anyone. I speak five languages and so have strong intercultural communication skills for my students. I have a passion for travel and believe that language learning provides unique insights into other cultures. I have recently graduated from my master's in anthropology. During this degree, I had to conduct fieldwork abroad - I had the opportunity to travel to four Latin American countries on research. For my Erasmus year during my BA, I spent one semester in Bilbao, El País Vasco, Spain and one semester in Konstanz, Germany. I also have strong communicative and interpersonal skills, having worked in bars for five years. In 2021, I was elected student representative for my MA class. I worked to mediate communication between students, senior staff, and admin. I later received the Gold Medal for Student of the Year for my extracurricular work and academic results.

About the lesson

My lessons are typically one hour long and will be adapted entirely to a student's needs. If you have some material in particular that you would like help with you can send it to me before the lesson to save time, or we can go through it together during the hour. I graduated with First Class Honours in both of my degrees and so I understand the writing techniques needed to get that higher grade.
