I have 20 years of music experience along with my education and professional life. Throughout my education, I have worked with very valuable teachers. My main instrument is the piano. I have been giving one-on-one private lessons for 8 years. I have also taught piano, solfege, classical guitar, and vocal training at various private music schools.

Artistic Activities

Between 2005 and 2007, I served as a chorister in the Turkey Polyphonic Choirs Association Youth Choir. We had concerts at the Turkey Polyphonic Choirs Festival and received various awards. In 2013, I served as a chorister in the Bosphorus Jazz Choir. We had concerts in many cities. Additionally, I have attended courses, seminars, etc., on music teaching methods."

About the lesson

For about 8 years, I have been giving one-on-one private lessons. In addition to that, I have been teaching piano, classical guitar, and vocal training at various music schools.

For piano lessons, I create lesson plans considering the student's age, level, and learning style. I ensure that the learning process is fun by diversifying it with different methods and books. For younger age groups (5-6 years old), I limit the lesson time to half an hour, considering their attention span. I can also plan sessions twice a week on separate days for half an hour each.

I also create lesson plans for solfege according to the purpose. However, since music is a whole, I always include solfege training in piano lessons as well. Additionally, for those who want to prepare for fine arts high schools, I provide guidance on uncertainties regarding this process and create exam-oriented lesson plans.

I prefer to conduct my lessons in a simple and enjoyable manner. Giving too much information at once and pushing too hard can make the student lose interest in the instrument. Therefore, planning lessons gradually and incorporating all aspects of music according to the student's needs is always the most beneficial.
