Thanks to my experience first as a teacher, I learned that each student has specific characteristics to which a specific working method will correspond. I help each of my students to identify their particular aptitudes in order to use them during their learning: cards, memorization, mental representation, concrete application.

SCIENTIFIC APPROACH

During my experience as a private tutor I was able to work with students with varied profiles which allowed me to analyze the main difficulties encountered and to draw my own teaching methods .

First of all, most students suffer from a lack of structuring of their scientific reasoning, which can be easily resolved with appropriate support and already makes it possible to significantly increase the student's average. . The very simple method that we are taught in preparatory class: what do I have, what do I know, what am I asked, allows students to see much clearer and better to make the link between lessons and exercises.

Finally an essential point of work for the success during their exams and is the analysis of the statements. Each word has a precise meaning which should guide the pupil in his research: "deduce" will indicate to the pupil that he must use the preceding answer to conclude, "calculate" implies that one asks for a numerical answer, etc. . On each chapter, I help the student to identify the typical questions and I bring him the method to answer them. Finally, retrieving data, which may seem simple, is an obstacle for many students, and yet it is essential.
