About Ian
At 19 years old, my love for sports runs deep. Having spent 17 years as a footballer and the rest dedicated to the gym, I've discovered my true passion. Training daily isn't about sculpting my body anymore; it's about elevating my frequency and operating with a clear, strong mind. The gym serves as my stress-reliever, allowing me to cultivate mental strength and clarity.

I may lack experience, but my mindset for training is exceptional. I excel in guiding beginners with techniques, methods, and tailored training plans, fostering mental resilience both inside and outside the gym. While I lack tangible results due to lack of opportunity, I am confident in my ability to positively influence novices and transform their mindset.
