About Malcolm
I've been in leadership/teaching positions most of my young life. I'm 25 years old but have held positions such as camp counselor, AFJROTC group commander, and various other team leader roles up to this point. I enjoy passing on useful skills that have allowed me to flourish in my leadership positions. I never wanted to be a "tell you what to do" type of leader. Instead, I treat everyone as individuals and work with people to determine what works best for YOU.
