About Majo

My name is Majo, I am 28 years old and from Colombia. I have been living in Melbourne for one year, and teaching Spanish is not just my profession — it is my passion. I love helping my students feel motivated, confident, and happy while learning. For me, a class is more than grammar and vocabulary; it is an opportunity to connect, share Latin culture, and make the process fun and meaningful. I enjoy seeing my students have a good time while discovering Spanish as a language that opens doors to new people, places, and perspectives. Every lesson I create is full of patience, dedication, and enthusiasm, so each student feels supported and excited about their progress.

About the lesson

My professional journey has allowed me to design engaging lessons, adapt methodologies to diverse learning styles, and support students in developing not only linguistic but also cultural competence.

As an educator, I consider myself dedicated, passionate, and patient. These qualities have helped me create a positive and motivating learning environment where students feel confident to explore and practice a new language. I strongly believe that learning a foreign language should be both meaningful and enjoyable, and I strive to connect classroom activities with real-life contexts, making the process dynamic and practical.
