About Steve
I have a passion for helping students become confident English and Korean speakers. I graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Ottawa in Canada and am currently studying Dentistry at James Cook University's College of Medicine and Dentistry in Australia.
Having lived and studied internationally, I understand the challenges of learning a new language and adapting to different cultures. As someone who is fluent in both English and Korean, I enjoy helping students bridge the gap between the two languages while building confidence in real-life communication.
I have over 5 years of tutoring experience, teaching students both online and in person. I also worked as a CELPIP instructor in Canada, helping students improve their English proficiency and achieve their target scores.
I am patient, approachable, and dedicated to making every lesson enjoyable, practical, and tailored to each student's learning style. Whether you're learning English or Korean for school, work, exams, travel, or everyday conversation, I look forward to helping you achieve your goals.

I offer personalized English and Korean lessons for students of all ages and proficiency levels. As a fluent speaker of both English and Korean, I can explain difficult concepts clearly in either language, making learning easier and more enjoyable.
I have over 5 years of tutoring experience, teaching both online and in person. I have worked with students on conversational English, grammar, pronunciation, academic English, and exam preparation. I also worked as a CELPIP instructor in Canada, helping students achieve their target scores through structured lessons and practical speaking strategies.
I believe every student learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to your individual goals, whether you're preparing for an exam, improving your speaking confidence, or learning English or Korean for work, travel, or daily life.
