About Juan
I focus on: Calisthenics (basic), Powerbuilding, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, body recomposition (lose fat and gain muscle mass at the same time), fat loss protocol, muscle mass gain protocol.
The plan includes 1 to 1 advice with 24/7 attention, nutritional plan focused on your needs, optional advice on supplementation. It is taught and strives to lead a sustainable and bearable lifestyle, not to make this process of either losing fat or gaining muscle a tedious process but rather fun and healthy. Additionally, an initial assessment can be made to have a more adequate notion of progress.
