About Mengjiao
Experience and life
I have been working as deputy editor-in-chief for a Chinese newspaper for 4 years in London and then became a freelance interpreter and Mandarin tutor since 2015 . I have lived in the UK for over 12 years and I am a mum to 2 lovely kids. I love to share Chinese culture, and I am good at cooking delicious authentic Chinese cuisine.

Hello everyone, my name is Jojo and I came from Shanghai, China.
Qualifications
I have graduated from China Top University in Chinese linguistics. I also have a master’s degree from University of York for educational studies. I am also holding a teaching certificate for teaching Chinese a foreign language and with a certificate for national proficiency test for Putong hua.
Approach for teaching Mandarin
I have been teaching for over 6 years. I have taught both grown-ups and kids, one-to-one or in a group. As you can see, I have plenty of Chinese learning resources that I can share with you.
If you want to either improve your speaking to communicate with your Chinese clients, or you want to get higher marks your HSK or GCSE exams, or just would like to learn a foreign language. I am the one to help.
I am a native Mandarin speaker with a sound Chinese language skills and abundant of experience for teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
