About Cecilia
I am a 22 year old student, I attended the linguistic high school and I graduated in Linguistic Sciences and Foreign Literature at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan. During my academic career I developed a strong passion for humanistic subjects. In particular, I have acquired a strong ability to analyze and synthesise both prose and poetry (in Italian, English, French and Spanish), I developed a deep critical sense and refined my writing skills. Moreover, thanks to the training course, I learned a method of study that allowed me to obtain excellent results in a short time and to graduate with top marks a session in advance. During the last year of university I gave occasional repetitions to middle or high school boys. At this moment, having more free time, I intend to dedicate myself to this activity more assiduously.

My lessons are for middle and high school students. I am convinced that the most effective method of study is based on a deep understanding and analysis of the text in front of you. This is why I believe it is essential to draw up a schema of the contents contained in the texts, stimulating a strong sense of criticism in the children with regard to what they are facing. All this is aimed at ensuring that the latter are able to understand, remember and comment on the texts in a much more productive way and with much less effort than a mnemonic study for its own sake. I like to support young people both on a practical level during the lessons, and to provide them with the necessary tools to apply what we do together even independently.
