I am currently attending a post-graduate internship at the ASL of Turin focusing on DSAs. It is an activity that, beyond the specific cases, makes me well understand the existence of different cognitive styles, or the existence of different "ways" that each of us has access to knowledge. Clearly my announcement is aimed at all children and boys and girls (DSA or not); nevertheless I consider it important to find for each of my potential students strategies and personalized rhythms that can make the most of the strengths of the individual, helping us to maximize the work done together. Last but not least, I am convinced that to achieve all this it is essential to give space to those who are the needs of the individual and on their basis create a climate that avoids unnecessary pressure or stress and, instead, encourages motivation to study through the path we could build together.
