My curriculum alone presents clear sources of professional competence, however, the best way to understand my teaching ability is through contact with the student. I could refer to my ability to communicate, my resilience to deal with frustration, or even my achievements in different professional areas, but I prefer to highlight my empathic ability and my constant desire to feel useful and happy to help others.

My strong point is time management and the structure of routines to maximize skills related to emotional management and reduce ruminative processes that impact the confidence with which the different works will be delivered. The learning methods as my students abilities will always be based on contexts of effectiveness, through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy strategies. I think there are immense benefits in directing learning towards this aspect, because, being these methodologies of learning structure, it will be beneficial in personal, professional and interpersonal development, adopting skills that have had a positive impact in the short, medium and long term. This type of classes is essential for all age groups and will be more effective with children in the 1st cycle, because, with less responsibilities and inappropriate routines, it will be easier to create a more complete support line of action.
