I come from a path in psychology that has allowed me to understand how the mind can be helped or directed towards positive thoughts. The classic question: are thoughts or minds born first? My method teaches the person the deep knowledge of himself. We start from anxiety, negative, defeatist thoughts and try to intercept the focus of them, interpret it and finally eliminate it. Anxiety-producing thoughts will be replaced with positive thoughts, which also guarantee better self-esteem.
