1) Develop and deliver personalised fitness plans based on patient evaluations and therapist recommendations 2) Educate patients on the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and consistent physical activity 3) Track patient progress and adjust fitness programmes as needed to align with recovery goals. 4) Guide patients through exercises and stretches, ensuring proper form and technique to prevent further injury.
