My approach to the subject is to assess your level and figure out what to work on first, be it grammar, vocabulary or pronunciation. I think a dynamic lesson is very useful in which to converse pretending to be in different contexts to learn the words to use in different situations. My lessons are for deepening the language, obviously if you have homework to do I will help you with those but don't hope that I will do them for you! ahaha
