About Leonardo

Hello, I’m Leonardo a personal trainer with a holistic approach to health and well-being. My mission is to guide individuals through their transformation journey, not just physically, but also mentally and energetically, helping them achieve a healthier and more authentic version of themselves. My journey began as an athlete, where I developed a deep passion for fitness and movement. From a young age, I dedicated many hours to training, both in the gym and outdoors, cultivating a strong and agile body. My experience as a fitness instructor, and specifically as an expert in calisthenics (bodyweight training), has given me a deep understanding of the physical dynamics of the human body, its potential, and its limits. Over the years, however, I realised that true transformation doesn’t happen only at a physical level. This led me to embark on a path of continuous learning, expanding my view of fitness and well-being. I delved into the field of human awareness studying holistic coaching techniques that focus not just on the body, but also on the mind and spirit. For me, training is not just a physical process—it is an opportunity for personal growth in all dimensions. This journey of growth led me to integrate the concept of awareness into every training session. It’s not just about achieving physical goals; it’s about helping each individual become aware of their emotions, thoughts, and inner energy. I use mindfulness techniques, breathing exercises, and meditation alongside movement to create a complete experience that engages the body, mind, and spirit. Continuous learning and interaction with other groups of specialists is key to my journey. I stay updated on new discoveries and methods related to health, psychology, and awareness to provide my clients with not only effective workouts but also comprehensive support in their growth journey. I work with a philosophy that views each person as unique, with specific needs and limitless potential to be discovered. In my work, I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment where every client can push past their limits, face their fears, and achieve lasting results—not just physically, but also psychologically and spiritually. The goal is not just to "exercise more," but to "become the best version of oneself" in every area of life. In my work as a personal trainer, personal growth is at the heart of everything I do. Physical transformation is just the beginning—what I aim to nurture is the evolution of the individual as a whole. Growth, in my philosophy, extends beyond the body to include the mind and spirit, enabling clients to cultivate not only a healthier body but a more empowered and fulfilled life. 🧞Personal Growth through Physical Challenge: Every workout I design is an opportunity for personal growth. I don't just focus on improving fitness; I aim to challenge my clients to push their boundaries and break through mental barriers. Each time a client successfully completes a challenging exercise or reaches a new milestone, they gain a deeper sense of confidence and resilience. Overcoming physical challenges fosters a mindset of persistence and self-belief that extends into other areas of life. 🧀Building Emotional Resilience: While working to improve physical fitness, I also emphasise emotional resilience. Exercise is a powerful tool for managing stress, improving mood, and cultivating emotional well-being. I incorporate strategies that encourage clients to confront discomfort, both physically and mentally, with a mindset of growth. This enables them to face challenges with greater ease and emotional stability, both in the gym and in their personal lives. It’s about learning to be more patient with oneself and embracing the process of improvement, no matter how incremental it may seem. Mindset Transformation: Personal growth thrives when we shift our mindset. I encourage my clients to adopt a mindset of empowerment, seeing each workout and each challenge as an opportunity for learning and growth. We often work on shifting negative self-talk into positive affirmations and focusing on progress, not perfection. By helping clients reframe their mindset, they not only grow stronger physically but also begin to realise their potential in every area of life. They come to understand that the only limitations that truly exist are the ones they place on themselves, and that they have the power to redefine those limits. Spiritual Growth through Awareness and Presence: Beyond physical and mental transformation, spiritual growth is a crucial aspect of my approach. I guide clients to develop greater self-awareness and presence in each moment, fostering a deeper connection to their body and mind. Through mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork practices, clients learn to centre themselves, reduce stress, and cultivate inner peace. This spiritual dimension allows them to feel more connected to their purpose and values, creating a sense of alignment in their actions and decisions. Through holistic training, I help clients develop a deep sense of empowerment.
