About Tracy
I began my career in a printing company learning everything from scratch on PC and my main program was quark express. I did all the designing for all projects letterheads, leaflets, brochures, business cards and everything else as well as getting artwork ready for printing, where after that I went to go work for a reproduction company that played out all the positives for the print process, where I became the manager of the PC department. I also taught myself the Mac system from there. I then joined an advertising company where I worked from brief to anything from bunting to POS, corporate ID, packing designing as well as making sure all artwork from all designers was repro ready and the positives was correct with the colour separation, etc. I also work with large digital format i.e. billboards and truck flaps and wrapping. I worked at Stereo company where I learned flexo printing which is needed for most packing. I also worked at a packaging company where I designed the box artwork and also made up the dies for the cutting of the box. I also worked in a labeling company that also uses the flexo print process that used stereos (large rubber stamps which also needs to be distorted) to print the labels. I also know all about digital artwork. All designing experience was self-taught which makes my training unique as I teach from experience, not a book. I have encountered many tough situations that needed to be resolved and that was the most exciting part of my career.

As I was self-taught I decided to go to college to get certified and I found that I knew more than the trainers and after getting my certificates they offered me a training position as my experience is not out of a book. After that, I did a lot of one on one training as well as group training.
