About Kara
I am a dedicated piano tutor with over nine years of experience and a degree in Jazz Piano. My love for composing and writing music adds depth to my teaching. I aim to make every lesson engaging and meaningful. I support learners from school to college, as well as adults and professionals. Chord theory is an area where I offer strong guidance. I also help students build confident performance skills. Sight-reading is practiced in simple but effective steps. Improvisation is taught to inspire creativity and musical freedom. I have guided many students from Intermediate to Advanced levels. Some have even grown into professional or expert performers. I shape each lesson to match the learner’s needs and goals. My piano teaching method is designed to make learning simple and enjoyable. I always start with proper keyboard technique so students feel comfortable while playing. I explain ideas in clear and easy language. Students explore multiple styles such as jazz, pop, classical, and R&B. Each lesson helps them grow steadily. My aim is to develop confidence and a deep love for piano.
