About Yvonne
"Graduating with a Bachelor of Music in Popular Music from the University of Southern California gave me the foundation to help beginners and intermediates find their sound. Since then I have spent 12 years performing across Austin and guiding students through everything from strumming patterns to electric technique. Reading sheet music and fingerpicking are just as vital as rhythm guitar when you want to write your own songs.
I have taught hundreds of students who usually start by asking how to play for friends at a party. You are in good hands with a coach who knows the stage well."

We spend time building your rhythm guitar chops and refining your electric technique until the music feels natural under your fingers. I bring my experience from years of gigging to show you how to structure songs for a real audience. Sometimes the simplest approach is the most effective.
