Deadly! Emmylou was a really great, patient and attentive tutor for my daughter. She built a lovely relationship with her and my daughter (9) used to really look forward to each lesson. We thoroughly recommend her and only stopped as Emmylou had to continue her studies outside of London.

Deadly! Emmy taught our 6-year old daughter ukulele for a year and we cannot recommend her enough. She is caring and attentive, knows how to keep the attention of an easily-distracted young kid and her method is impeccable. She is classically trained, and that shows in her approach and method, focusing on teaching the chords and reading music. She easily adapts her lessons to maintain the pupil’s interest, and has taught our daughter a whole range of songs, from the Bluey opening tune to Beatles’ Octopus’s Garden.
