About Anna

I started gymnastics at age 4 and was selected to train with a former Russian Olympic gymnast. I was training in an elite setting for many years, travelling internationally to compete representing England in Artistic Gymnastics. I also spent time in Russia training which elevated my skills and form to the next level.

I am now a club coach at a local gymnastics club and would love to reach a larger audience with my passion and knowledge of the art.

Gymnastics is an incredible sport that provides a basis of strength and flexibility for all areas of life. There is not any sport or activity that I have tried of which I can not excel in because of having a gymnastics background. Besides it is awesome to be able to climb over any obstacle, lift heavy items and have all the best party tricks!

I have also studied Yoga and the healing arts for many years and I love to combine both of these for my students. I feel strongly about tending lovingly to our mindset as we approach sport and life in general. Combining minset practices and awareness with training is an incredibly powerful skill to use as a tool for approaching life also.

Chellenges in life are inevitable, being defeated is optional. Attitude is everything.

About the lesson

1:1 private coaching and mentoring gymnastics sessions in the comfort of your home. I am an ex-internationally competing elite gymnast with over a decade of professional training from a former Russian Olympic gymnast! I now want to share this passion for the sport with others as I truly believe in the benefits of gymnastics for physical and mental health paired with the fact we can have endless fun and adventure just using our bodies!

My lessons are tailored to be practical, engaging and fun and will ultimately depend on the interests and ability of the student.

I also provide mindset mentoring work combined with the physical practice to assist in the students journey of gymnastics and through life. We learn to use the transferable skills of training to approach life's challenges too! I believe it is important to have goals and reach them whilst also tending to the garden of our mind lovingly as we go about this to feel empowered every step of the way. I help gymnasts prepare for competitions physically and emotionally.

Whether you are a new gymnast wanting to learn the basics properly or a more experienced gymnast wanting to improve even further, I can take you there. We set goals and challenges together to achieve your dreams! Get in touch and we can have a chat.
