About Urte

I am a native German speaker and currently teach German and History at the middle and high school levels. My success comes through getting you engaged in your lessons and allowing you to enjoy your success and open new opportunities and challenges. One of my greatest joys is the success I have had with the number of students who through our classes have broadened their horizons and chosen to do study abroad programs or travel in German speaking countries. I am a firm believer that one action will ripple to lead to another and result in enriched experiences and lives.

About the lesson

Each session is specifically tailored to you. Are you better at listening and writing or do you learn through conversation? We will work together to find the best approach that will let.you succeed with as little stress as possible.

A foreign language should not be just something you need to learn in school but a skill that opens doors to other worlds and cultures. Everything from history, culture, holidays, fashion, art and food will be incorporated to make learning German as interesting as possible!
