About Hanna
Hi, I’m Hanna — a civil engineering graduate with a curious mind and a big love for buildings, bites, and books! I’ve always been fascinated by how structures stand tall and cities come to life — you’ll often find me staring at buildings, not just for their beauty, but for the science behind every beam and brick. When I’m not geeking out over architecture, I’m probably on a mission to find the next best food joint (bonus points if it has a great story or a hidden menu!). I also enjoy winding down with arts and crafts or getting lost in a good book. Whether it’s a spicy noodle bowl, a skyline view, or a new DIY project, I’m all about discovering what makes things work — and what makes them wonderful.

I use a student-centered and interactive approach to help children from Grades 2 to 7 build strong foundations in English. My teaching combines: Fun and Engaging Activities: I use storytelling, games, and creative writing exercises to make learning enjoyable and memorable. Phonics and Vocabulary Building: For younger students, I emphasize phonics and word recognition, while older students work on expanding their vocabulary through themed lessons. Grammar in Context: Instead of just memorizing rules, students learn grammar through real-life examples, writing tasks, and reading comprehension. Personalized Lessons: I adapt each session based on the student’s learning style, pace, and areas that need more focus. Confidence and Communication: I encourage students to speak, read aloud, and express their ideas clearly, helping them grow confident in using English both in school and everyday situations. Regular Feedback and Progress Tracking: I provide gentle corrections, positive reinforcement, and regular updates to parents on their child’s progress.
