Professionally, I have worked in the health and wellness space for over 5 years. Emotionally, I have overcome depression and anxieties - and healed - by combining practices from science, psychology, and zen. It is my mission to help others learn the unique techniques that have changed my life, and allow them to add it to their own practice, and teach it to others.
