Fascinated by the world of yoga for years, I decided to educate myself and spend my yoga teacher degrees (300h) at the Institute Holistic Body and Soul, in the heart of Montreal. Following this training, I specialized in pre and postnatal yoga.
The purpose of this training?
Propagate property does yoga to a wide audience of all ages combined.
I teach Hatha yoga, traditional branch arising from the writings of Patanjali.
The purpose of the sessions?
- Relax Stretching to promote muscle relaxation and relieve pain from tension.
- Massaging our internal organs, compression and decompression in successive postures
-Develop our concentration and a certain self-knowledge, in order to contract the muscles needed for the architecture of the posture or otherwise relax those who oppose it. All in the greatest respect for our body and our limitations.
