1 hour private sessions over 6 weeks to support you to manage emotions, stress and overwhelming situations.
Our aim is to find a goal to work towards or to simply understand your own triggers in life and how best to manage them.
These sessions can be carried out in your own home face to face or virtually over MS teams.
6 weeks of 1hr per session - £360
Ad hoc sessions of 1hr - £60
Ad hoc sessions of 30 mins - £30
