About Gary
I am a networks and systems engineer, and a sports enthusiast from a young age.
My sporting background: (7 years of basketball, 2 years of athletics, 4 years of football and 2 years of Judo).
For 10 years now I have been practicing street workout and bodyweight training.

My classes always consist of a cardio part, bodybuilding, weight training, abs.
I am in favor of a full-body session in order to use all the muscles of the body.
I strongly recommend short cardio but with a high intensity by interval, because it is very beneficial for the body, and depending on the objectives it allows to reach them quickly without having to run for 1 hour or do 10km 3 times a week .
