Since I was 10-11 years old I started my first Parkour classes with the Mexican group of urban monkeys for about 3 years and then I practiced the sport myself for about 6 more years. I know everything you need to start climbing walls, falling, passing obstacles

I would like to go step by step, so that you first know your body and your limitations in terms of movement of this type, and I would mark the speed of the lessons depending on the abilities of the student. As the first activity of each lesson we would warm up, then we would do a short tour, then we would see new things and finally we would do the stretching (necessary for the muscles to relax)
