I have been a teacher for more than 45 years. I’m presently Adjunct Faculty at Valencia College and also a voice and multi instrumental teacher at Avalon School of music. I teach to sing in Five defer

About Juan
Everything we do depends on the function of three centers:
1) The intelectual center: pure thoughts, electrical, neurological signals from our brain.
2)The mechanical center: physical actions, movement , coordination and proportion.
3) The emotional center: our fears , stress, impulses and asumtions. This centeris very invasive and takes over the first two, not letting us think straight and coordinate our movements correctly.
Our mission is to keep these three centers in balance, harmony and synchronized in order to be more efficient in our process toward excellence.
