About Isha
My name is Hermunisha Raman, and I am 24 years old. I have completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Law Enforcement from New Era University College.
I have a strong passion for teaching, which developed from a young age as my mother is a preschool teacher. Through her, I was exposed to teaching environments early on, and I have been actively involved in tutoring preschool, primary, and secondary school students over the years. This experience has helped me build patience, communication skills, and the ability to adapt my teaching methods based on different student needs.
I am experienced in guiding students in subjects such as Bahasa Melayu, English, and Science, and I focus on making lessons engaging, interactive, and easy to understand. I enjoy helping students improve their confidence and academic performance.
I am a responsible, dedicated, and friendly tutor who aims to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable and motivated to learn.

I conduct my lessons in a fun, interactive, and student-centered way to ensure students stay engaged and enjoy learning. I believe that learning becomes more effective when students are actively involved rather than just listening.
I use game-based learning methods such as quizzes, word games, and mini challenges to make lessons more exciting. For example, I may include spelling games for English, vocabulary matching for Bahasa Melayu, or quick science quizzes to test understanding in a fun way.
I also apply creative teaching methods, such as the following:
Storytelling to explain concepts (especially for Bahasa Melayu and English comprehension)
Real-life examples to make Science topics easier to understand
Visual aids like pictures, simple diagrams, or videos
Role-playing or speaking activities to improve communication skills
For each subject:
Bahasa Melayu: I focus on improving grammar, sentence building, and comprehension through storytelling, reading exercises, and interactive discussions.
English: I help students build confidence in speaking, writing, and understanding through games, conversations, and creative writing activities.
Science: I simplify concepts using real-life examples, fun facts, and small experiments or thought activities to make learning more meaningful.
I also adapt my teaching style based on the student’s level and learning pace to ensure they fully understand the lesson. My goal is to create a supportive and enjoyable learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing themselves.
