About Amirah
Hi my name is Amirah! I've just completed my A-levels at one of Leicester's most prestigious sixth forms. I have always enjoyed learning French and would love to teach others of the same . I am determined to interact with pupils while building positive and professional interpersonal relationships with them , so their experience of learning a new language is enjoyable.
I am due to attend university studying Law and French following my gap year of teaching English abroad in both Thailand and Tanzania . i'm a chatty person and my peers would describe as jolly and determined . my aim is to help as many pupils expand their knowledge of French and achieve those high level grades they want to, as French can be a seemingly different and thus slightly more challenging subject for many pupils.
I love meeting new pupils and would love to be you French tutor , helping you build confidence in areas of your choice.

My lessons are personalised to the learning styles of each pupil , optimising their progress. I take an interactive approach with my tutoring , so no lesson feels boring and even the most difficult seeming topics are conquerable. all pupils Ihave tutored in the past have thoroughly enjoyed my lessons while simultaneously improving immensly.
I completed Both a Level 2 (GCSE) in French, achieving a 9 , and went on to complete a level 3 (A-level) and am predicted an A.
the typical duration of a lesson ranges from 1 hour but 2 hours can also be accommodated for. I prefer to do one on one sessions instead of group sessions, so each pupil is able to get the most out of each lesson.
I absolutely love teaching French , I know how hard or content heavy it can be which is why I love to take a patient and engaging approach - working through everything you need to know in order to boost your grades or achieve the grades you like.
