About Patrick
I have a great love for stories and thirst for knowledge, essential to any half-decent historian. I have also found sharing knowledge and helping others to be a very rewarding experience and have spent many years working as a coach and educator in many capacities. Beyond that, I have two degrees and thus lots of experience of understanding what is expected of a student's work. I look forward to working with you to be the very best historians we can be.

My approach to tutoring is student-led. I am prepared to assist with essays, dissertations, and extended projects, reviewing work in as much detail as possible. I am also happy to offer my own expertise and perspective on subjects, particularly at university level, brainstorming ideas or different angles to consider a problem from. I am new to tutoring online but I have many years of experience as an educator. A typical lesson will be up to an hour and our time will always be used to the best effect.
