About Alana
At UCLA, I got a 4.0 GPA in my English classes. I also excelled while completing my MFA in creative writing. I've taught writing to undergraduate students as well as high school students, and I've worked as a camp counselor, so I have experience working with all age groups. I'm an excellent essay writer, I'm familiar with the ins and outs of the trickiest grammar and vocabulary, and I have a deep working knowledge of English literature. I've always had an affinity for and understanding of the English language that I would love to pass on to students. Most importantly, I have a deep respect for my students and nothing makes me happier than seeing them succeed!
