About Gabriela

Hi! My name is Gabriela. I'm passionate about languages, music, and communication. I've had the opportunity to travel and do exchange programs, which has allowed me to have direct contact with English in my daily life. In addition, I have many friends from different countries, so I'm always practicing and learning more about other cultures and ways of communicating. I decided to teach because I believe that learning English can open many doors, whether for traveling, studying, working, or meeting new people. My goal is to help my students gain confidence in expressing themselves in English and show them that learning a language can be light and fun.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is student-centered. I believe that learning a language becomes much easier and more fun when it's connected to each person's interests. Therefore, I like to structure lessons based on the student's tastes, such as musical styles, hobbies, and topics they enjoy discussing. This makes learning more natural, light, and motivating. I also work extensively on conversation, because speaking is one of the most important parts of truly learning English. During classes, I encourage students to express themselves and practice as much as possible, helping them develop confidence, improve pronunciation, and increase fluency. As a creative person, I like to bring dynamic lessons and different activities to keep everything interesting and engaging. When classes are in groups, I also use games and interactive activities, such as quizzes on Kahoot, to make learning more fun and participatory.
