About Augusta Nkem (PhD)

Moving with the dynamics, I am now a certified AI for HSE and available to take the course.
As a seasoned health and safety practitioner with over a decade of experience, I have taught numerous classes, primarily on UK NEBOSH and IOSH courses. I have consistently achieved outstanding results and engaged participants. Additionally, I have trained students in the Australia Cert. IV and WHS Diploma programmes, successfully preparing them for assessments. In brief, I possess the following qualities: * Excellent critical thinking skills and a deep interest in health and safety productivity. * A proven track record as a successful coach or consultant. * A dynamic and passionate approach as an HSE professional. * Over 10 years of extensive work experience. * Proficient in tutoring, assessing, and examining. * Experienced in site inspections and audits. * A recipient of prestigious awards.

About the lesson

As a Tutor, during my classes, I try as much as possible to use simple grammar, especially when I have beginners; I try to get individual experience and current knowledge prior to the commencement of class so as to measure the performance during mock exercises. I allow every question from students and I allow them to share their views while I address all questions and their views professionally according to the dynamics of the profession. OHS is a dynamic course so there are changes all the time. As an Assessor, I mark strictly with set criteria and provide feedback where necessary.

Deadly! I was looking for a Tutor in Workplace Health and Safety. No luck for a long time. Then I met Nkem Augusta. In only a few classes with her, I realised that I have found the right person. Nkem Augusta is very professional, kind, helpful, and understanding person. She is not only Tutoring but also supporting you and being a good friend when you need her. In the practical examples that she always offers and the simple way of explaining problems, you can see her great experience in WHS and the amazing Tutor that she is.
I highly recommend Nkem Augusta without reservations for anyone needing help in the very serious subject of Workplace Health and Safety.

If it wasn’t for Augusta’s support and direction in WHS cert 4, I would be struggling to get through my course. Her patience and understanding of simplifying the task assignment for my better understanding have helped me so much. I'm looking forward to learning and getting taught by Augusta going forward.

I highly recommend Nkem Augusta to you. I have had the honour of sitting under Augusta as her student in SAFETY ITSS CENTER LIMITED. She is a driven, organized teacher who develops inspiring relationships with her students and has a wonderful rapport with people of all ages. She has great talents in managing her classroom and developing a genuine love for learning in her students.

When we first met, I was immediately impressed with her zeal for what she does. But as time passed, I began to truly understand how lucky I was to have her as my teacher. She has excellent written and verbal communication skills. Plus her wealth of knowledge in her field and positive attitude towards her work which are quite impressive.

I recommend Augusta to you without reservation, I am absolutely confident that she will quickly become an asset to you and help your organization to grow in any way she can.
