About Chimamanda

When I was in 8th grade, I decided to take history and geography in French. This really helped integrate me into the French-speaking atmosphere and now I want to help shift other students into the same place. Living in France, you are able to learn aspects of French that you will never find on paper. My goal is to transfer what I learned to my students.

About the lesson

I tend to look for 30-minute classes in the evening that are aimed towards speaking skills, homework, and techniques about French. My teaching methods typically involve providing French stories and reading them together while taking out key phrases, observing sentence structure, and most of all enhancing my student's pronunciation. What sets me apart as a tutor is my experience with being near French conversations constantly for a long period of time (I lived in France for 2.5 years). My lessons are aimed at elementary schoolers, middle schoolers, and underclassmen.
