About Paul

I'm Paul, the Head Coach at GENTLETOUCH FITNESS, a civil engineer and all-around fitness enthusiast.
My main goal is to use the best fitness regimens to ease people into workout routines and introduce them to the fun side of exercise.

About the lesson

Develop the strength of my clients, making sure to target the desired areas, with or without gym equipments.
The Goal is to stay fit and live a healthy lifestyle regardless of your busy schedules. My teaching mode is simple and easy to go with. Not only that, I provide suitable and effective diet plans.
