As Health and Social Care and BTEC Lead, I oversee curriculum planning, quality assurance, assessment and student progress across vocational qualifications. I ensure courses meet awarding body requirements, support staff with delivery and moderation, and work closely with students to maximise achievement, progression and positive post-16 outcomes.
