About Erma
Hello! I’m Erma, a relationship coach, mindfulness teacher, and Theta Healing Practitioner. My mission is to help you break free from toxic relationship patterns and create the space for healthy, loving connections to flourish. As a graduate of the Global Academy of Coaching, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), I blend professional coaching strategies with powerful personal growth techniques. Through my work, I’ve seen how many individuals fall into unhealthy patterns in their relationships, often due to past experiences, limiting beliefs, or unresolved emotional wounds. These patterns—such as repeating cycles of toxic behaviors, attracting the wrong partners, or struggling with self-worth—can prevent you from experiencing the love and connection you truly desire. As a certified Mindfulness Teacher, I help clients develop the awareness and emotional presence necessary to recognize and release these destructive patterns. Mindfulness allows you to identify your emotional triggers, understand your deeper needs, and begin the healing process from a place of compassion and clarity. Additionally, I use the powerful energy healing modality of Theta Healing to help you clear deep-seated beliefs that may be sabotaging your ability to find or maintain healthy love. Whether these beliefs stem from childhood experiences or past relationships, we work together to replace them with empowering, positive beliefs that support your growth and future relationships. My approach is holistic, focusing on your emotional, mental, and energetic well-being to bring about lasting change. We’ll explore the root causes of your patterns, heal past wounds, and help you create the confidence and self-love you need to attract and nurture a healthy, loving relationship. Whether you’re currently in a relationship or looking for one, I’m here to guide you in building relationships based on trust, respect, communication, and mutual growth.
