I give lessons about the body, we all have what is called body, but little do we know about parts of our body from systemic to cellular levels what its composed of and how it works daily to keep us fit and healthy. My lessons gives indept knowledge on how body works, for instant we all eat food like okra and eba, but do not knw how the body process this to give us carbohydrates, protein or vitamins, the questions is who are the factory workers in the stomach that did this work.
